Tehtävän kuvaus

Matkaoppaana olet Apollomatkojen kasvot maailmalla. Tärkein tehtäväsi on auttaa asiakkaitamme toteuttamaan lomaunelmiaan. Oppaanamme olet vastassa asiakkaitamme heidän saapuessaan kohteeseen, mukana kohteessa järjestettävillä retkillä ja sekä työskentelet palvelutoimistossa. Myyt myös aktiivisesti lisäpalveluita asiakkaillemme. Lisäksi hallinnolliset tehtävät ja yhteydenpito paikallisiin yhteistyökumppaneihin kuuluvat työnkuvaasi.

Tyytyväinen asiakas on kaikissa tilanteissa tärkein tavoitteesi!

Asiakkaamme kääntyvät matkaoppaidemme puoleen monenlaisten kysymysten ja toiveiden kanssa sekä silloin kun he tarvitsevat apua.
