The posting

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Test Operations Lead to own the hands-on side of our test operations. In this role, you will be the person who makes sure everything is ready when it’s time to test: building and verifying the cables that connect our systems, keeping test materials organized and accounted for, and coordinating the logistics that get people and equipment where they need to be. You will also help keep our lab organized, safe, and efficient so the team can work without losing time to missing parts or clutter.

This is a field-facing position. You will travel to test sites to set up and operate test computers, radars, cameras, and other sensor systems, and you will work closely with engineers and technicians to make sure each test runs smoothly from setup through teardown. The ideal candidate is a seasoned test engineer with 10+ years of experience who is equally comfortable at the workbench and out in the field, takes pride in clean, well-documented work, and can lead others by example. If you enjoy a role that blends technical hands-on work, organization, and leadership, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, assemble, and verify test cables and harnesses
  • Organize, inventory, and maintain test materials and equipment
  • Coordinate logistics for test events, including shipping, scheduling, and equipment readiness
  • Help organize and maintain the lab so it stays safe, orderly, and efficient
  • Travel to test sites to set up and operate test computers, radars, cameras, and other sensor systems
  • Lead and support test teams during setup, execution, and teardown
  • Document test configurations, procedures, and results

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in Test Engineering
  • Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting test cables and harnesses
  • Experience operating test computers and sensor systems such as radars and cameras
  • Experience organizing test materials, equipment, and lab spaces
  • Strong logistics and coordination skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for field testing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
