Du kannst die Position standortunabhängig (remote) oder am Standort München ausführen. Organisatorisch ist sie der Niederlassung München zugeordnet.

DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG

  • Du kalkulierst TGA-Leistungen mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik (KG 400) und erstellst Angebote
  • Du tauchst tief in Ausschreibungen ein, ermittelst Mengen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team der KG 400 und KG 300 passende technische Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagement, Einkauf und externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Austausch
  • Du prüfst und vergleichst Nachunternehmerangebote und bringst Dich aktiv in Vergabeentscheidungen ein
  • Du denkst unsere Kalkulation weiter und gestaltest Prozesse sowie Standards mit

DEIN PROFIL, UM GEMEINSAM ETWAS ZU BEWEGEN

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektro‑, Gebäude‑ oder Versorgungstechnik oder kommst über einen vergleichbaren Weg
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Bauprojekten mit – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Elektrotechnik und kannst idealerweise auch mit funktionalen Ausschreibungen umgehen
  • Du hast schon mit einer AVA-Software gearbeitet, am besten mit RiB iTWO
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für technische Zusammenhänge und denkst gleichzeitig wirtschaftlich
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und bist jemand, der im Team einfach gut funktioniert
