Im Bereich Großprojekte übernehmen wir die Verantwortung für ganzheitliche Revitalisierungen und das Refurbishment von komplexen Planungs- und Bauprojekten im Bestand. Für diesen spannenden Bereich suchen wir für unsere Niederlassung mit Sitz in Frankfurt eine Leitung Großprojekte Hochbau (all genders).

DEINE HERAUSFORDERUNG

  • Du bist disziplinarisch und fachlich für ein mehrköpfiges Führungsteam verantwortlich
  • Du steuerst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Führungsteam die operative und strategische Ausrichtung des gesamten Bereichs Großprojekte innerhalb der Niederlassung
  • Du übernimmst für die Niederlassung Frankfurt die Ergebnis- und Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich Großprojekte und sicherst den langfristigen unternehmerischen Erfolg
  • Du übernimmst das ganzheitliche Projektmanagement sowie die Koordination und Steuerung aller Leistungen interner und externer Projektbeteiligter
  • Du nimmst an standortübergreifenden Gremien teil und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Großprojektebereiches mit

DEIN PROFIL, UM GEMEINSAM ETWAS ZU BEWEGEN

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über einschlägige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen sowie im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement von Großprojekten mit
  • Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker und dynamischer Teamplayer mit motivierendem Führungsstil und unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Dich zeichnen Verhandlungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Überzeugungsvermögen aus
