ポジション概要

Enterprise Solutions Salesとして、日本国内の企業に対し、AI Agentを活用した次世代マーケティングプラットフォームを提案し、お客様のマーケティングDX・データ活用・顧客体験（CX）の変革を支援していただきます。

本ポジションは単なるSaaS営業ではありません。

お客様の経営課題やマーケティング課題を深く理解し、AIQUA、AIRIS、BotBonnie、AdCreative.aiを組み合わせながら、お客様に最適なソリューションを設計・提案するコンサルティング型営業です。

Pre-Sales、Customer Success、Marketing、Productなど社内の専門チームと連携し、お客様のAI活用・DX推進をリードするTrusted Advisorとしてご活躍いただきます。

主な業務内容

  • 新規顧客開拓から提案、契約締結まで、一連の営業活動をリードする
  • お客様の経営課題・マーケティング課題・業務課題を深く理解し、課題解決型の提案を行う
  • AIQUA、AIRIS、BotBonnie、AdCreative.aiを組み合わせ、お客様に最適なAIソリューションを設計・提案する
  • AI Agentを活用したマーケティングDX・業務変革のロードマップをお客様と共に描き、実現を支援する
  • 経営層、マーケティング部門、DX部門、IT部門など、多様なステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築する
  • Pre-Sales、Customer Success、Marketing、Productチームと連携し、お客様への価値提供を最大化する
  • パイプラインを適切に管理し、売上目標の達成に責任を持つ
  • 既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセル機会を創出し、長期的なアカウント成長を実現する
  • AI・データ・デジタルマーケティング領域における知見を深め、市場への価値提供を推進する

応募条件

必須

  • 法人営業経験5年以上
  • デジタルマーケティング領域（Marketing Automation、CRM、CDP、Customer Experience、パーソナライゼーションなど）における営業または関連業務の経験（目安2年以上）
  • 顧客の課題を理解し、ソリューション型・コンサルティング型営業を実践した経験
  • 高いオーナーシップを持ち、自ら考え行動できる方
  • AIをはじめとする新しいテクノロジーへの高い関心と学習意欲
  • 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進できる方
  • 日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル

  • Marketing Automation、CRM、CDP、Customer Experience、AI、データプラットフォームなどに関する知識・経験
