Define and measure success metrics for user adoption and support operations (adoption rates, SLAs, ROI, ticket aging) across the capabilities deployed in region. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce support burden and expand partner self-service. Manage a cross-functional change roadmap spanning multiple initiatives; coordinate prioritization, communication, business readiness, deployment plans, and stakeholder adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams to pilot new experiences, gather field feedback, identify process gaps, and support successful change rollout. Project manage the Partner Gateway enhancement pipeline, including intake, prioritization, scoping, and release coordination with product and engineering teams. Apply AI tools to automate repeatable work across onboarding, Partner Gateway support triage, change roadmap tracking, and reporting, reducing manual effort and freeing time for adoption and process work. Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases across adoption, support, and enhancement intake; measure time saved and adoption results, and partner with the AI adoption team on rollout.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
