Description

Join Apple’s Customer Database Marketing team, where you’ll shape the systems and strategy behind how we understand and connect with customers across their journey. You’ll bring creative problem-solving to real constraints — balancing ambition with resource and platform realities — while building the roadmap that turns business priorities into working capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — ideal for someone who likes solving ambiguous problems, working across teams, and seeing their recommendations become shipped capabilities.

Responsibilities

Translate requirements from diverse customer journey use cases into clear platform capability priorities, continually sharpening Apple’s marketing data infrastructure. Evaluate and recommend solutions, then drive the roadmap from strategy through execution. Build and maintain the processes, procedures, and controls that keep data accurate and systems reliable — all while upholding privacy and security standards. Partner cross-functionally, representing CDM in shared initiatives and aligning stakeholders around common goals. Lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system development and enhancements. Dig into issues as they arise and turn findings into concrete process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years experience in marketing campaign operations, particularly in building automation flows with CRM or ESP platforms (ie. Braze, Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Solid experience with complex audience segmentation, audit documentation. Advanced proficiency with SQL, Snowflake procedures & Vertica DBMS. Proven experience driving excellence to deliver projects with high attention to detail and quality. Able to balance multiple projects concurrently and enjoy a fast paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Capacity to break down complexities with the ability to think clearly, with a strategic mindset to help make informed decisions. 2+ years of experience writing requirements, acceptance criteria, test suites for new features / enhancements. Ability to apply statistical weighting and sampling techniques to improve outcomes and results Proven marketing expertise obsessing on the customer experience. Willingness to take action, be resourceful, cut through ambiguity, and remove roadblocks. Proficient in Excel / Numbers and Tableau dashboarding techniques. Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills. A passion for Apple products and services and a deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem of services and hardware.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
