Summary

Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Description

The Home team is seeking a self-driven and passionate Engineering Program Manager to lead projects during the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage in the APAC region. You will collaborate across departments and management levels to quickly identify challenges, drive resolutions, and ensure project readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive build schedules with contract manufacturers (CMs) in alignment with overall NPI project timelines. Develop and maintain build matrices to reflect the latest cross-functional requirements and Design of Experiments (DOE) arrangements in Nimbus. Lead Clear to Build (CTB) material reviews, execute corrective actions for risk items, and ensure waiver lists are established. Partner with cross-functional teams to track and drive station equipment and fixture bring-up and buy-off status. Manage and resolve build deviations across test stations and assembly processes. Facilitate daily build opening and closing meetings to review project readiness, assess risks, and identify opportunities. Drive key issue resolution by defining and executing short-term and long-term action plans. Oversee quotation reviews, budget management, and purchase request (PR) approvals.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field. Track record of running technical programs and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation and written communication skills. Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) within China and Vietnam.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in consumer electronics manufacturing with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead, take decisive action, and provide goal-oriented direction in ambiguous environments. Demonstrated comfort in expressing a clear point of view and influencing change across projects, programs, and processes. Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
