Summary

Imagine shaping how over 400,000 salespeople across 103 countries learn, connect, and share the Apple experience with customers every single day. Worldwide Channel Sales Programs (CSP) drives in-store sales across more than 50,000 points of sale worldwide. Together with our channel partners, we build an unmatched retail experience through store design, merchandising, demo technology, staffing, and the daily content that empowers every seller on the floor.

We are looking for a Head of Content Strategy for Sales Coach, Apple's mobile engagement and learning platform for partner salespeople. Part content strategist, part creative leader, and part product owner, this role lives at the intersection of learning, culture, and mobile platform engagement. Your primary mission is driving active engagement: inspiring new sellers to open Sales Coach for the first time, and creating an experience so compelling that active users keep coming back. If you know how to build a modern content engine that feels like a feed people choose to watch rather than training they are assigned to complete, we want to talk to you.

Description

As the Head of Content Strategy for Sales Coach, you will own the content vision, roadmap, and production engine end to end for a global audience spanning 50+ languages. You will lead content across two core tracks: product knowledge and selling skills that make sellers sharper on the sales floor, and culture and employer brand storytelling that makes every seller (whether Apple-badged or partner staff) feel proud to be part of the ecosystem.

In this role, you will: Own the Global Content Strategy & Roadmap: Define what great content looks like for a 400,000-person, 103-country audience and translate that vision into an actionable roadmap. Partner closely with Product Management to shape "Ask" (Sales Coach's Q&A experience), owning the content strategy and presentation that answers sellers' daily questions. Build the Team & the Production Engine: Assemble, lead, and develop a high-performing team of content creatives and learning design specialists. Build and evolve AI-accelerated production and localization workflows that allow the team to produce high-impact video and digital content at scale across 50+ languages. Set the Creative Bar: Act as a hands-on creative leader who reviews scripts, visual concepts, and video cuts. Provide actionable direction that elevates the craft before work ships, ensuring every piece of content is thumb-stopping, platform-native, and unmistakably Apple. Run a Continuous Test-and-Learn Loop: Use platform engagement data to run rapid experiments, double down on high-performing formats, adapt what needs refinement, and decisively retire underperforming or outdated assets so the catalog remains sharp and relevant. Partner Across the Organization: Collaborate deeply with the Sales Coach platform product team so content and product features work together seamlessly to drive engagement. Align with Channel Sales Programs leadership, regional geo teams, staffing leads, employer brand, and legal to ensure the roadmap reflects local market needs while maintaining global standards. Manage Operations & Resources: Build and manage operational plans, budgets, and external vendor or production partner relationships, balancing ambitious creative output with smart resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading content strategy, creative production, or digital media programming at scale, spanning both product or sales enablement content and culture or employer brand storytelling, including 5+ years of people management experience building and leading creative or content teams. Demonstrated expertise in short-form, platform-native video and mobile-first content formats designed to drive organic user engagement and retention. Proven track record of hands-on creative direction, with the ability to evaluate and guide scripts, storyboards, and video edits from concept through final delivery. Experience using audience analytics and engagement metrics to run test-and-learn cycles, optimize content roadmaps, and manage catalog lifecycle. Experience managing production budgets, external agencies or production partners, and end-to-end production workflows. Experience scaling content globally across multiple markets, languages, and cultural contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams that include instructional designers or learning experience specialists alongside video producers and writers. Deep familiarity with AI-accelerated content production and localization workflows, with a clear point of view on balancing speed and scale with creative quality. Experience working in an embedded model with Product Management on mobile app experiences, conversational Q&A, or search-driven content delivery. Track record of briefing, influencing, and aligning senior cross-functional executives across global and regional teams. Background in global retail, channel sales enablement, consumer technology, or creator-economy media platforms.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
