Description

This role sits within Implementation organization for Global Benefits and Wellness and is responsible for supporting the execution of the end-to-end implementation of benefit programs, tools, and process changes across regions. You will own discrete implementation workstreams — from requirements through go-live and into ongoing improvement — translating program strategy into operational reality. The role requires strong program execution skills, cross-functional coordination, and a sharp eye for operational detail in a complex, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of assigned benefit programs, vendor transitions, and process or tooling changes from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Build and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and status across stakeholders. Partner with regional Benefits teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups (Benefits Administration, Finance, Legal, ELR, Procurement) to coordinate delivery and resolve issues. Translate program requirements into clear operational workflows, documentation, and data governance practices. Support vendor onboarding and performance monitoring, surfacing utilization and outcome insights to improve delivery. Drive continuous improvement of implemented programs — not just go-live, but ongoing maintenance and optimization. Escalate risks and decisions with clear framing and recommended options to senior stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in benefits program implementation, operations, or program/project management within a multinational environment. Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end implementation work-streams across multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on schedule. Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and cross-functional partners. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and influence peers.

Preferred Qualifications

Adaptability: ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and stay resilient in a fast-paced environment with fluid deadlines. Collaboration: strong team orientation; capable of diving into operational details while keeping sight of the broader program goals. Familiarity with benefits platforms, HRIS (e.g., Workday), and benefits administration workflows. Bachelor's Degree

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
