Part-Time Clinic Assistant (Ad Hoc)

Clinic: Appletree Medical Location: Blk 416 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #01-1003, Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, walk-in patients and enquiries.
  • Manage patient registration and patient flow.
  • Assist with medication dispensing and cashiering.

Working Hours & Rates

  • Weekdays: $12–14/hour, depending on experience (9am–3pm, unpaid lunch break 12pm–1pm)
  • Saturdays: $15/hour (9am–12pm)
  • Sundays: $15/hour (9am–12pm)

Requirements

  • Must be available to work on weekends, including Sundays.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, especially on weekends.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking patients.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, responsible and possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably residing in or near Ang Mo Kio.
  • No experience required. Training will be provided.
