We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to support strategic business operations, process improvement, and data analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or another engineering discipline who is passionate about leveraging data to solve business problems, improve operational performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.

The intern will work with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, develop insights from enterprise data, and support initiatives related to forecasting, productivity, business intelligence, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business systems and data sources.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate business performance and trends.
  • Support forecasting, planning, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and waste reduction.
  • Document current and future-state workflows, requirements, and process maps.
  • Assist with business intelligence projects using data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Product teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to project teams and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:Industrial Engineering/Operations Research Mechanical Engineering Systems/Computer Engineering Or another engineering discipline with a demonstrated passion for data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn new technologies and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data querying concepts.
  • Coursework or experience in:Data Analytics Process Improvement Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Operations Research Business Intelligence
  • Experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
