👉 Acerca del empleo Estamos buscando un/a Supervisor/a Eléctrico Senior para incorporarse a nuestro equipo técnico en el sector de las energías renovables. El puesto está enfocado en la supervisión eléctrica de proyectos fotovoltaicos utility-scale, con participación en proyectos en Colombia, Centroamérica y el Caribe. El rol combina trabajo en campo y coordinación técnica, con responsabilidad sobre la interventoría eléctrica completa de plantas solares, desde la generación hasta la interconexión con el sistema eléctrico.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Supervisión técnica de sistemas eléctricos en plantas fotovoltaicas (inversores, transformadores, líneas de media tensión y subestaciones). Verificación en campo del cumplimiento de diseños eléctricos, normativa aplicable (RETIE, NTC, IEC) y calidad de ejecución. Supervisión de instalaciones eléctricas, montaje de equipos, cableado, protecciones y sistemas SCADA. Coordinación y seguimiento de procesos de interconexión con operadores de red. Liderazgo de actividades de comisionamiento y pruebas eléctricas (FAT, SAT, pruebas funcionales y energización). Control de calidad (QA/QC), gestión de no conformidades y liberaciones técnicas. Seguimiento de cronograma y avance de obra eléctrica, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas. Gestión documental técnica (as-builts, informes, dossiers de entrega). Coordinación con cliente, contratistas, operadores de red y equipos multidisciplinares. Supervisión de cumplimiento en seguridad eléctrica y normativa ambiental.

🎯 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos un perfil técnico con experiencia sólida en proyectos eléctricos y capacidad de liderazgo en campo: Ingeniería Eléctrica (obligatorio) con matrícula profesional activa. Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en proyectos eléctricos, con al menos 3-5 años en supervisión de plantas fotovoltaicas utility-scale. Experiencia en líneas de media tensión, subestaciones eléctricas y procesos de interconexión. Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas eléctricos de potencia, protecciones, normativa (RETIE, NTC, IEC, CREG). Experiencia en comisionamiento eléctrico y pruebas de sistemas. Manejo de herramientas técnicas (AutoCAD, MS Project, equipos de medida eléctrica). Alta capacidad de liderazgo, toma de decisiones, comunicación y trabajo bajo presión. Disponibilidad para trabajo 100% en campo y movilidad geográfica.
