What you’ll do

  • Drive month-end and quarter-end consolidated financial close processes and lead flux variance analysis.
  • Manage equity and share-based compensation accounting with active involvement across the entire equity lifecycle, including distributions and transactions.
  • Oversee day to day complex and high-impact revenue recognition processes under ASC 606 for approximately $600M in annual revenue, ensuring accurate top-line reporting while advancing automation and AI-driven process improvements.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in strict compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards.
  • Work directly with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits to ensure full audit support and PCAOB compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to prepare internal reporting packages.
  • Support corporate workpaper preparation, tax accounting, lease accounting (ASC 842), and key financial reporting activities.
  • Participate in strategic ad-hoc financial initiatives and special corporate projects as needed.ֿ
  • Improve accounting and reporting processes by applying AI tools and automation, questioning existing practices, and suggesting practical solutions with broader business needs in mind.

What you have

  • Big Four audit background (Hitech sector).
  • Deep US GAAP expertise (ASC 606 revenue recognition & equity/SBC) in tech.
  • Hands-on financial month-end and year-end close experience.
  • Strong internal controls evaluation and remediation skills.
  • High attention to detail, precision, and deadline management.
  • Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP software.
  • 2 years of post-qualification CPA experience.
