Vera Whole Health is growing and we’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Certified Medical Assistant who wants to be part of a team that practices healthcare differently. If you love building relationships with patients, working in a supportive clinic environment, and having real impact on wellness outcomes, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Clinical Support — take vitals, document in EMR, perform point‑of‑care testing
  • Immunizations & Injections — administer vaccines and medications
  • Phlebotomy — draw blood and prepare lab specimens
  • Patient Education — support diagnostic testing and wellness coaching
  • Clinic Flow — prep rooms, manage patient flow, assist front desk
  • Care Coordination — referrals, care gaps, outreach
  • Safety & Compliance — maintain infection control, HIPAA, QA standards
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic performance goals

What You Bring

  • High School diploma or GED (Required)
  • Current MA certification (Required)
  • 2+ years of phlebotomy experience (Required)
  • 2+ years’ experience (primary care or urgent care preferred)
  • EMR experience (Required)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
