Desde este rol, ayudarás a que los equipos comerciales y operativos comprendan mejor su desempeño, identifiquen oportunidades y tomen mejores decisiones basadas en datos.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Recolectar, consolidar y depurar datos provenientes de distintas fuentes internas.
  • Diseñar y mantener reportes y dashboards que faciliten la lectura de indicadores clave.
  • Analizar tendencias y resultados para detectar oportunidades de mejora y riesgos.
  • Garantizar la calidad, consistencia e integridad de la información.
  • Proponer mejoras y automatizaciones en procesos de reporting.
  • Brindar soporte analítico y generar reportes ad hoc para las áreas de negocio.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Estadística, Economía, Administración o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en análisis de datos, reporting o business intelligence.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI, QuickSight, Data Studio u otras.
  • Conocimientos en SQL (deseable, no excluyente).
  • Alta capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad de la información.
  • Habilidad para comunicar resultados de forma clara a equipos no técnicos.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Salario: $2.500.000 COP.
  • Bono: $500.000 COP no prestacional.
  • Modalidad híbrida (3 días en oficina y 2 días en casa).
  • Horario: lunes a viernes, 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
