Tu Perfil:

  • Experto en Ventas: Mínimo 12 meses de experiencia comprobable en ventas consultivas (Call Center).
  • Dominio Digital: Manejo de Salesforce (o CRM similares) y herramientas digitales.
  • Mindset Ganador: Persona persuasiva, con escucha activa y enfoque total en el cumplimiento de metas.

Lo que debes saber:

  • Compensación: Salario base $1.750.905 + Comisiones en USD + Recargos legales.
  • Disponibilidad: Lunes a domingo (turnos rotativos, operamos festivos).
  • Ubicación: Modelo híbrido (Presencial/Remoto) sede Usaquen.
