fundamental en las ventas y cumplimiento de indicadores de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Contactar clientes potenciales por teléfono y seguir nuestro proceso comercial para vender nuestros cursos.
  • Cumplir con metas de ventas y calidad establecidas para tu región.
  • Mantener una excelente relación con los clientes para impulsar la fidelización.
  • Actualizar bases de datos y hacer seguimiento a promesas de pago y solicitudes.
  • Asegurar el manejo preciso de la información para optimizar procesos y herramientas.

¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Ser bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo en carreras administrativas, negocios o afines.
  • Tener mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas telefónicas de productos intangibles en contact center (idealmente en el sector educativo).
  • Habilidad para comunicarte de forma clara y persuasiva.
  • Manejo de herramientas como G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive), Salesforce y Five9.
  • Adaptabilidad a cambios y enfoque en cumplimiento de metas.
  • Contar con herramientas ofimaticas (computador, diadema e internet estable).
