Tu misión será liderar la identidad visual en nuestro ecosistema digital, desde el diseño estático impecable hasta la creación de contenido dinámico (Reels/Ads) que cautive a la audiencia. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Diseño Digital de Alto Impacto: Creación de carruseles educativos, infografías y piezas de Performance (Meta & Instagram Ads) enfocadas en conversión.
  • Content Creation & Video: Edición de Reels y videos cortos con ritmo dinámico, transiciones fluidas y subtitulado creativo para redes sociales.
  • Adaptación Transmedia: Asegurar la coherencia estética y técnica de las piezas en todos los formatos y dimensiones digitales.
  • Innovación con IA: Utilizar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para optimizar el flujo de trabajo (retoque avanzado, generación de assets y exploración conceptual).

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Dominio Experto: Adobe Photoshop (Ps) y Adobe Illustrator (Ai).
  • Edición de Video: Conocimiento básico a intermedio en Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects o CapCut Desktop (enfocado en redes sociales).
  • IA Readiness: Experiencia en el uso de herramientas como Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini o ChatGPT para agilizar procesos creativos.

Habilidades Deseables

  • Agilidad Digital: Capacidad para responder a ritmos de entorno digital/agencia con entregas oportunas.
  • Ojo Estético Crítico: Atención obsesiva al detalle, manejo experto de la tipografía y psicología del color.
  • Autogestión: Curiosidad natural por las tendencias emergentes y capacidad de aprendizaje autónomo.
