Somos una plataforma de educación en línea líder en Latinoamérica, enfocada en brindar formación práctica en oficios y habilidades técnicas. Nuestro programa combinado de Cocina Internacional y Cultura del Vino capacita a los estudiantes en técnicas culinarias del mundo y conocimientos esenciales sobre tipos de vinos, maridaje, servicio y degustación profesional.

¿Qué harás?

  • Impartir clases virtuales (en vivo y/o pregrabadas) sobre cocina internacional y conocimientos del mundo del vino.
  • Guiar a los estudiantes en la preparación de recetas emblemáticas de diversas culturas gastronómicas.
  • Brindar asesoría sobre técnicas culinarias, selección de ingredientes, emplatado y maridaje.
  • Enseñar fundamentos sobre tipos de vino, regiones vitivinícolas, servicio adecuado, cata, conservación y combinaciones ideales con alimentos.
  • Evaluar el progreso de los estudiantes y ofrecer retroalimentación práctica.
  • Apoyar en la producción de contenido audiovisual educativo (si se requiere).

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional en Gastronomía, Enología, Cocina Internacional o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en cocina profesional y/o manejo de vinos.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de técnicas culinarias internacionales y cultura del vino (cata, maridaje, servicio).
  • Experiencia docente (deseable) o en formación gastronómica.
  • Manejo de plataformas digitales y herramientas e-learning.
  • Habilidades de comunicación clara, pedagógica y con enfoque práctico.
  • Deseable experiencia en grabación o edición de contenido educativo.
