Enseñarás a nuestros estudiantes a conseguir empleo en USA dentro de su área de competencia, ya sea que busquen empleo por primera vez o un crecimiento en su carrera profesional, impactando así su movilidad económica.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Impartir clases virtuales en vivo sobre empleabiliad,alfabetización, preparate para el empleo y profesionalismo.
  • Acompañar a los alumnos en su aprendizaje práctico para que puedan obtener mejores ofertas laborales.
  • Brindar retroalimentación oportuna y motivar a los estudiantes durante su formación.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Profesional en psicología,Recursos Humanos, Administración de empresas o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en recursos humanos y orientación laboral o áreas afines en EE. UU.
  • Capacidad para formar y capacitar en estrategias de búsqueda de empleo y preparación para entrevistas y realización de hojas de vida.
  • Conocimiento del mercado laboral estadounidense: Es fundamental comprender las normativas laborales, como I-9, W4, y permisos de trabajo, además de los procedimientos en EE. UU. relacionados con la empleabilidad.
  • Dominio en la información de un résumé en comparación con un CV, asegurando su correcta estructura según estándares internacionales.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de estrategias de preparación para entrevistas en EE. UU, incluyendo comportamiento esperado, tipos de preguntas y mejores prácticas de presentación profesional.
  • Comprensión del entorno laboral en EE. UU., así como de las principales diferencias culturales y organizacionales respecto a Latinoamérica, para orientar adecuadamente.
  • Excelente comunicación en español, dado que trabajamos con una audiencia hispanohablante, es esencial tener una comunicación clara y efectiva.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales para clases virtuales.
