En Aprende Institute, la plataforma líder en educación en línea en Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica, estamos buscando un Docente Virtual para nuestro Diplomado en Cuidado de Adulto Mayor. Si tienes experiencia práctica y deseas compartir tus conocimientos con estudiantes de habla hispana, esta posición es ideal para ti. Nuestro programa está diseñado para capacitar a nuestros estudiantes en el cuidado integral de adultos mayores, abarcando aspectos físicos, emocionales y sociales.

¿Qué harás?

Impartir clases en vivo, interactuar con los estudiantes, resolver dudas y fomentar la participación activa en el proceso de aprendizaje.

Motivar y guiar a los estudiantes durante su formación, ayudándolos a superar obstáculos y alcanzando sus metas profesionales.

Proporcionar retroalimentación constante durante las clases y a través de herramientas como teléfono, correo electrónico o chat.

Asegurar una transmisión clara y efectiva del contenido del diplomado, mediante el uso de plataformas digitales (como Zoom).

¿Qué buscamos?

Educación y Experiencia: Profesional en Gerontología, Terapia Ocupacional (especialización en adultos mayores), o afines.

Experiencia práctica en el cuidado de adultos mayores en instituciones de cuidado a largo plazo como centros de vida asistida, comunidades de retiro, o experiencia similar.

Conocimiento técnico en temas relacionados con el cuidado de adultos mayores, incluidos aspectos sociales y espirituales, y fisioterapia para este grupo.

Competencias y Habilidades Requeridas:

Excelente capacidad de comunicación: Habilidad para presentar contenido de manera dinámica y mantener el interés de los estudiantes en clases virtuales.

Actitud proactiva para seguir aprendiendo y mantenerse actualizado en el campo del cuidado de adultos mayores.

Trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad a cambios dentro del entorno educativo.

Empatía y paciencia: Capacidad para comprender y apoyar a los estudiantes que puedan enfrentar dificultades o desafíos en su proceso de aprendizaje.

Enfoque innovador para el diseño de materiales educativos interactivos y atractivos.
