¿Te apasiona enseñar y compartir tu conocimiento y experiencia en el fascinante mundo de los alimentos y las bebidas? ¿Tienes vocación por guiar, orientar y formar a quienes desean emprender o profesionalizarse en las artes culinarias, la coctelería y el café? Buscamos un/a Docente Virtual con sólida experiencia en Cocina, Repostería, Bartending y Barismo, dispuesto/a a enseñar a estudiantes hispanos las mejores prácticas, técnicas y secretos del oficio, ayudándoles a desarrollar habilidades prácticas que impulsen su futuro laboral y sus emprendimientos. Somos una plataforma de educación en línea líder en Latinoamérica, enfocada en brindar formación práctica en oficios y habilidades técnicas y de bienestar. Nuestra ruta integral de Alimentos y Bebidas capacita a los estudiantes en programas clave como Cocina Internacional, Cocina Tradicional Mexicana, Repostería Profesional, Bartending y Barismo. Brindamos herramientas fundamentales sobre métodos de cocción, técnicas de pastelería, maridaje, coctelería clásica/moderna, extracción de café, diseño de cartas y gestión de barras o cocinas con calidad profesional. ¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Impartir clases virtuales en vivo sobre cocina internacional, cocina mexicana, repostería, preparación de bebidas a base de café y mixología.
  • Enseñar temas clave como técnicas de corte y cocción, salsas, horneado, decoración, arte latte, métodos de extracción, templado de bebidas y desarrollo de cartas para bar o restaurante.
  • Acompañar y motivar a los estudiantes durante su proceso formativo.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Profesional en Gastronomía, Artes Culinarias, Mixología, Barismo o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en el sector gastronómico y de hospitalidad (restaurantes, hoteles, barras de café, coctelería o negocios propios).

Ofrecemos

  • Honorarios: competitivos
  • Modalidad: 100% remota.
  • Horarios: Part Time (medio tiempo, 24 horas semanales).
  • Lunes a Viernes: 03:00 p.m. a 07:00 p.m. (hora CDMX).
  • Sábados: 07:00 a.m. a 11:00 a.m. (hora CDMX).
  • Propósito: Oportunidad de impactar la vida de cientos de estudiantes hispanos en EE. UU. y Latinoamérica que buscan transformar sus vidas mediante el emprendimiento en la industria gastronómica.
