Somos una plataforma de educación en línea líder en Latinoamérica, enfocada en brindar formación práctica en oficios y habilidades profesionales. Nuestro programa de Atención y Servicio al Cliente capacita a los estudiantes en herramientas esenciales para ofrecer experiencias memorables, comunicarse con claridad, gestionar situaciones difíciles y brindar un servicio excepcional.

¿Qué harás?

  • Impartir clases virtuales en vivo.
  • Guiar a los estudiantes en el desarrollo de competencias clave para brindar un servicio empático y profesional.
  • Abordar temas como: actitud de servicio, comunicación asertiva, escucha activa, manejo de quejas, resolución de conflictos y fidelización del cliente.
  • Facilitar la participación en clase y acompañar el proceso de aprendizaje.
  • Evaluar el progreso de los alumnos y brindar retroalimentación clara y útil.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación profesional en áreas como Administración, Atención al Cliente, Comunicación, Mercadeo, Hospitality, Hotelería o afines.
  • Experiencia profesional comprobable en atención al cliente, ventas, soporte, servicio posventa, hospitalidad o áreas relacionadas.
  • Dominio práctico de técnicas de servicio al cliente: comunicación asertiva, escucha activa, manejo de objeciones, manejo de conflictos y orientación al usuario.
  • Capacidad para explicar conceptos prácticos de forma clara, cercana y aplicable.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Experiencia docente (deseable).

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Salario: $6,000 MXN mensuales + Bono mensual de hasta $100 USD, pactado a partir del tercer mes en Aprende. El bono está sujeto a métricas de desempeño y evaluaciones de los estudiantes.
  • Trabajo remoto 100%
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 4:00 pm a 8:00 pm o de 5:00 pm a 9:00pm (a elección del docente) Sabados de 7:00 am a 11:00 am Hora México. (El horario a.m del dia sábado, es posible cambiarlo por cualquier otro dia de la semana)
  • Capacitación inicial sobre la plataforma y el enfoque metodológico
  • Oportunidad de impactar positivamente el desarrollo profesional de cientos de estudiantes
  • Inicio del programa: enero 2026
