Buscamos un Docente Virtual con sólida experiencia en Plomería, dispuesto a enseñar a estudiantes hispanos las mejores prácticas del oficio y ayudarles a desarrollar habilidades técnicas que impulsen su futuro. Somos una plataforma de educación en línea líder en Latinoamérica, enfocada en brindar formación práctica en oficios y habilidades técnicas. Nuestro programa de Docente Virtual de Plomería capacita a los estudiantes en áreas esenciales del oficio, desde la instalación básica hasta la aplicación de normas técnicas internacionales, desarrollando competencias reales para trabajar o emprender en el sector.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Impartir clases virtuales en vivo sobre plomería residencial, comercial y avanzada.
  • Enseñar temas clave como instalación de sistemas de agua fría y caliente, sanitarios, calentadores, sistemas sépticos y normas IPC y UPC.
  • Acompañar a los alumnos en su aprendizaje práctico para que puedan aplicar sus conocimientos y ofrecer soluciones eficientes.
  • Brindar retroalimentación oportuna y motivar a los estudiantes durante su formación.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Técnico o profesional en Plomería, Instalaciones, Oficios o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en instalación, reparación y mantenimiento de sistemas de plomería residencial o comercial.
  • Conocimiento en normas IPC y UPC, manejo de herramientas y seguridad en el trabajo.
  • Deseable: experiencia docente o en capacitación técnica.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales para clases virtuales.

Ofrecemos

  • Salario: $7,500 MXN mensuales
  • Bono mensual: de hasta $100 USD pactado a partir del tercer mes en Aprende. El bono está sujeto a métricas de desempeño y a las evaluaciones que los estudiantes dan a sus docentes.
  • Modalidad: 100% remota.
  • Oportunidad: de impactar la vida de cientos de estudiantes hispanos en EE. UU.

Horarios

  • Lunes a viernes de 6:00 p.m. a 10:00 p.m.
  • Sábados de 8:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. (Hora México)
