Propósito del rol

Buscamos un/a experto/a en Inteligencia Artificial aplicada que acompañe a personas latinas migrantes a utilizar herramientas de IA de manera práctica en su trabajo, emprendimiento u oficio, incluso sin experiencia técnica previa.

El objetivo es transformar el miedo, la barrera idiomática y la confusión tecnológica en uso concreto y útil de herramientas que mejoren ingresos, comunicación, organización y toma de decisiones. No buscamos teoría ni tecnicismos, sino aplicación real desde la primera clase.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Co-diseñar junto al equipo pedagógico el contenido del workshop.
  • Facilitar clases en vivo con enfoque 100% práctico (aprender haciendo).
  • Explicar de forma clara y contextualizada: Qué es la IA y cómo usarla sin saber programar. Cómo aplicar IA en comunicación, trabajo, emprendimiento y oficios. Uso de IA para redactar, traducir, organizar información y crear contenido.
  • Guiar paso a paso en: Creación de prompts efectivos. Uso cotidiano de herramientas de IA. Resolución de situaciones reales (mensajes, clientes, documentos, ideas).
  • Acompañar ejercicios prácticos aplicados a la realidad laboral de los estudiantes.
  • Resolver dudas técnicas y prácticas, considerando también barreras emocionales frente a la tecnología.
  • Alertar sobre límites, errores comunes y uso responsable de la IA.
  • Participar en instancias de feedback y mejora continua.

Conocimientos:

Experiencia real y demostrable en el uso aplicado de:

  • IA generativa explicada en lenguaje simple y aplicada a contextos laborales.
  • Creación y optimización de prompts.
  • ChatGPT y/o Gemini para redacción, traducción y mejora de comunicación en español e inglés.
  • Transcripción y transformación de audios en texto claro.
  • Herramientas como Grammarly y DeepL.
  • Organización de presupuestos, precios y documentos con apoyo de IA.
  • Creación de materiales visuales simples (Canva, DALL·E o similares).
  • Creación de videos cortos con IA (HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut o similares).
  • Uso de IA para análisis básico de información y apoyo en toma de decisiones (Copilot, Notion IA u otros).
  • Comprensión de límites, riesgos y uso responsable de la IA.

Perfil requerido

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia práctica utilizando herramientas de IA en contextos laborales o profesionales.
  • Capacidad de explicar conceptos complejos en lenguaje claro y sencillo.
  • Comodidad trabajando con personas sin base técnica.

Formación:

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas, ingenerias, entre otras, con especialidad u conocimiento en Inteligencia Artificial (IA).
