Du führst ein eingespieltes Team von System Engineers, bleibst technisch nah dran und betreust deine eigenen Kunden - bei einem Microsoft-Partner, der dir echten Handlungsspielraum lässt. So schaffst du Mehrwert Du führst 8 System Engineers (7 in St. Gallen, 1 in Lyss), entwickelst sie weiter und hältst ihnen den Rücken frei - Führung macht rund 30-40% deiner Zeit aus. Du bleibst technisch dran: aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten, Plattformpflege, Kundenpräsentationen und Offerten. Du betreust ausgewählte Key Accounts ganzheitlich und baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf. Dabei gestaltest du aktiv die Servicequalität und die Weiterentwicklung der Kundenumgebung mit. Du treibst den Bereich Azure Platform Services, Azure Virtual Desktop und IT Security aktiv voran. Das macht dich zum idealen Kandidaten Solide Erfahrung in Azure/Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop und/oder IT Security. Erste Führungserfahrung - du musst noch kein 8er-Team geführt haben, aber Menschen zu führen (nicht nur fachlich) reizt dich. Du arbeitest gern nah am Kunden, denkst unternehmerisch und kommst mit Umsatz- und Zeiterfassungslogik klar (ideal: Background bei einem IT-Dienstleister). HF/FH - oder ein starker Fachweg mit Methodenkompetenz und echter Lernbereitschaft. Du reflektierst dich selbst, packst an und bleibst auch in hektischen Momenten fair und lösungsorientiert.
