The posting

Apt Resources is currently seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MEP management within high-profile environments, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and adhere to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems within the palace.
  • Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all MEP systems.
  • Manage and oversee the work of MEP technicians and other staff members.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues related to MEP systems in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to maintenance activities, inspections, and system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in royal or high-profile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MEP design and management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Must be in UAE.

Benefits

Salary: AED 5000 plus sharing accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
