Partenaire quotidien des professionnels de l'électricité, notre client souhaite renforcer l'équipe de vente interne de sa succursale de la région lausannoise. Pour son compte, nous recherchons un·e : \\Conseiller·ère de vente interne en matériel électrique à 100 %\\ Région lausannoise · Fixe · Entrée de suite ou en janvier 2027 \\Vos activités\\ Votre expérience du terrain vous permet de comprendre les besoins des installateurs et de leur apporter des conseils adaptés. Au sein de l'équipe de vente interne, vous êtes leur interlocuteur·trice au téléphone pour les accompagner dans leurs commandes et leurs questions techniques. Au quotidien, vous êtes amené·e à : \* Conseiller la clientèle sur le choix du matériel électrique \* Prendre les commandes, les traiter et en assurer le suivi \* Renseigner sur les prix, la disponibilité des produits et les délais de livraison \* Clarifier les questions techniques auprès des fournisseurs \* Collaborer avec les services internes pour assurer un service fiable et de qualité \\Ce que notre client vous propose\\ \* Une fonction qui valorise votre expérience du terrain et développe vos compétences dans le conseil \* Une formation interne au poste et aux produits, avec l'appui de l'équipe \* Un environnement de travail collaboratif, au bureau, sans chantier ni déplacement \* Un poste fixe à 100 % \* Au moins 25 jours de vacances et de très bonnes prestations sociales \\Votre profil\\ Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'installateur·trice\\-électricien·ne ou d'électricien·ne de montage et possédez quelques années d'expérience professionnelle. Vous souhaitez mettre vos connaissances techniques au service de la clientèle et évoluer vers une fonction commerciale. Vous appréciez les échanges, aimez trouver des solutions et faites preuve de rigueur dans le suivi de vos dossiers. Vous maîtrisez très bien le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment MS Office. Une expérience dans la vente ou au comptoir constitue un atout, mais n'est pas indispensable. Une formation interne est prévue pour vous accompagner dans la prise de poste.
