Proto Supply Chain Packaging Technician

Actividades:

· Asegurar la disponibilidad continua de materiales, junto con un control continuo del inventario de empaque, con el fin de alcanzar niveles óptimos de inventario.

· Evitar la detención de embarques debido a la falta de material de empaque.

· Asegurar que la información sobre la disponibilidad de empaques en los sistemas ERP sea precisa y esté actualizada. Colaborar con Supply Chain Management (Buyer/PLPL), el personal de planeación y operaciones para evitar o resolver situaciones de escasez de material de empaque.

· Asegurar que los parámetros de planeación de los materiales asignados estén alineados con las estrategias globales de reabastecimiento, planta e inventario, y coordinar con el Master Data Analyst cualquier modificación.

· Mantener contacto constante con los proveedores asignados.

o Documentar las confirmaciones y compromisos de los proveedores y compararlos con los requerimientos del programa.

o Dar seguimiento, resolver o escalar, de acuerdo con la política de escalación, los problemas de entrega de los proveedores.

o Dar seguimiento a todas las entregas en tránsito, tanto de entrada como de salida.

· Controlar las actividades de phase-in/phase-out y de introducción de nuevos productos (NPI) para asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales conforme al plan, minimizando el costo por obsolescencia y procurando que sea cero cuando sea posible.

· Apoyar todos los proyectos de cambio de procesos en PC&L, las iniciativas de logística y los cambios o mejoras en ERP u otros sistemas de PC&L.

· Controlar y administrar los niveles de inventario (INV).

· Recibir la materia prima (RAW) en el sistema PEPS para mantener actualizados y precisos los niveles de inventario.

· Recibir las órdenes de compra (PO) en PEPS y dar seguimiento para que las PO de SAP sean pagadas a los proveedores.

· Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos/metas de PC&L al embarcar productos terminados y que estos lleguen a tiempo.

· Llevar a cabo el proceso de Inspección Inicial al recibir materia prima.

Requisitos:

· Carrera técnica en Electrónica, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o a fin.

· Inglés Básico (preferente)

· Conocimiento básico de SAP

· Disponibilidad de tiempo.

· Conocimiento de herramientas de Microsoft Office

· Conocimiento de componentes electrónicos y su manejo.
