Key Responsibilities

  • Provide complete support on the experienced and campus recruitment activities.
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, leave management, and documentation coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in Workday and other HR systems. Support HR audits and compliance activities by ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely documentation across all HR systems and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & HRIS, Payroll, and IT to ensure smooth, end-to-end HR operations and contribute to HR projects (e.g., automation, simplification, new process rollouts) as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Operations or other related field equivalent1–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Intermediate to upper intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table, formulas minimum etc)
  • Basic Employment Law Knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams while managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience working across various regions (desirable).
