Tribeca etsii Turun myymälään energistä ja tavoitteellista myyjää, joka syttyy asiakaskohtaamisista ja osaa tehdä ostamisesta elämyksen. Heille tärkeintä on asiantunteva ja henkilökohtainen palvelu – emme vain myy tuotteita, vaan autamme löytämään oikeat välineet ja löytämään juuri jokaisen tarpeeseen sopivat ratkaisut.

Tehtävässä vastaat myymälän sujuvasta arjesta ja ennen kaikkea erinomaisesta asiakaskokemuksesta:

  • Asiakaspalvelu ja aktiivinen, tavoitteellinen myyntityö - Et pelkää tarttua toimeen – etkä asiakasta
  • Kassatyöskentely
  • Myymälän päivittäiset toiminnot: kuorman purku, hyllytys, hinnoittelu sekä myymälän siisteydestä huolehtiminen
  • Tilausprosessien hallinta ja varaston seuranta
  • Visuaalisten esillepanojen ja houkuttelevien lahjapakettien suunnittelu ja toteutus
  • Yhteistyö yritysasiakkaiden ja ravintoloiden kanssa (B2B-myynti)

Erityisesti arvostamme seuraavia asioita:

  • Maailmanluokan asiakaspalveluasennetta – kohtaat asiakkaat aidosti, itsevarmasti ja ratkaisukeskeisesti
  • Myyntihenkisyyttä ja halua ymmärtää asiakkaan tarpeet sekä tarjota niihin sopivia ratkaisuja
  • Erinomaisia vuorovaikutustaitoja ja kykyä kohdata erilaisia asiakkaita
