About the assignment

We are looking for an AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer. We're building internal tools that help marketing teams plan smarter across global and local markets. Claude Code and similar agentic tools will be a core part of how we design, write, and ship software — every day. We move fast, we ship to production, and we're looking for someone who wants to work that way too.

Responsibilities

  • Own features end-to-end — from talking to stakeholders to writing code to watching it go live.
  • Work across the full stack and integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces.
  • Help define how we build as the team grows.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • You're a solid full-stack developer with 3-5 years of shipping real products.
  • You've built and deployed web applications end-to-end
  • You're comfortable with relational databases and take schema changes seriously
  • You use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator
  • You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong
  • You ask questions early and document what you build
  • You maintain the products you build
