About the assignment

We are looking for passionate Fullstack Developers, equally strong in frontend/backend who thrive on building innovative web solutions that make a difference. You'll be part of an agile DevOps and collaborative team where diverse perspectives are valued, and continuous learning is encouraged. This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills while contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, product owners, and domain experts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are essential; you should be comfortable driving initiatives forward independently while also fostering effective collaboration in a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop modern applications with requirements on availability and reliability.
  • Create robust integration layers to connect internal systems and external actors.
  • Build automation features that simplify and streamline time-critical processes.
  • Support architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and future-proof.
  • Implement and advocate for unit testing and high-quality development practices.
  • Contribute to and spread modern DevOps methodologies, enabling continuous delivery of resilient features.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Skills: +6 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer equally strong in frontend/backend.
  • .NET Core
  • C#
  • Angular (we currently use 20+ and will only consider consultants who have worked with ver 18 or higher)
  • TypeScript
  • Azure
  • Azure DevOps
  • Git
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Tailwind
  • Messaging & Asynchronous Systems:
  • Kafka
  • Azure Service Bus
  • real-time communication
  • API and system integration
  • asynchronous communication
  • automation
  • unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, etc.)
  • FLUENT in Swedish and English
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work autonomously in complex projects.
  • Education: University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering and related subjects or Higher Vocational Education

  • Plus: Experience from energy or finance sectors - where availability, reliability and security are of high importance.
