The posting

Wil jij bijdragen aan een efficiënter offerteproces binnen bouwkundige projecten? Bij Aqua+ zijn we regelmatig bezig met de voorbereiding en uitvoering van bouwkundige werkzaamheden, zoals pompkamers, kelders en technische ruimtes. Om dit proces nog soepeler te laten verlopen, willen we onze manier van werken rondom offerteaanvragen verbeteren: van het selecteren van geschikte partijen tot het uitvragen en vergelijken van offertes.

Daarbij maak je ook kennis met Aqua+: een koninklijk onderscheiden familiebedrijf en marktleider op het gebied van brandveiligheidssystemen. Met zo’n 300 collega’s werken we aan brandveiligheid door heel Nederland en tijdens jouw stage word jij daar echt onderdeel van!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je brengt geschikte (voorkeurs)partijen voor bouwkundige werkzaamheden in beeld
  • Je vraagt prijzen op voor onderdelen zoals pompkamers, kelders en technische ruimtes
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat offerteaanvragen eenduidig en compleet zijn
  • Je stuurt aanvragen naar voorgeschreven partijen en bewaakt de planning
  • Je verzamelt alle relevante aandachtspunten per onderdeel en verwerkt deze in de aanvraag
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van richtprijzen om offertes goed te kunnen vergelijken
  • Je helpt bij het analyseren van offertes op prijs, inhoud en voorwaarden

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of Technische Bedrijfskunde
  • Je hebt affiniteit met bouwprojecten, processen en contractvorming
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt informatie goed structureren en verwerken
  • Je hebt een proactieve werkhouding en durft initiatief te nemen
  • Kennis van bouwkosten en bestekken is mooi meegenomen (pré)
