Heb jij ervaring binnen de sprinklertechniek en krijg je energie van het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van monteurs? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je.

Door de groei van onze afdeling Montage en een herstructurering zoeken wij een Teamleider Montage. In deze rol combineer je jouw technische kennis van sprinklerinstallaties met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van circa 10 tot 15 monteurs.

Je bent zichtbaar op de projecten, bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team iedere dag het beste uit zichzelf haalt.

Jouw werkzaamheden bij Aqua+

Als Teamleider Montage:

  • Geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 10 tot 15 sprinklermonteurs;
  • Coach en begeleid je collega's in hun ontwikkeling en vakmanschap;
  • Ben je regelmatig aanwezig op projectlocaties door heel Nederland;
  • Bewaak je kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de werkzaamheden;
  • Ondersteun je monteurs bij technische vraagstukken;
  • Draag je actief kennis over aan de volgende generatie vakmensen;
  • Werk je nauw samen met projectleiders en collega-teamleiders;
  • Denk je mee over verbeteringen in processen, werkwijzen en montagetechnieken.

Je kijkt verder dan je eigen team en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Daarbij werk je volgens onze kernwaarden: Plezier, Lef, Uitblinken en Samen.

Jouw doelen bij Aqua+

  • Ontwikkelen en behouden van een sterk montageteam;
  • Zorgdragen voor een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van projecten;
  • Bewaken van planning, bouwadministratie en inspecties;
  • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten op projecten;
  • Bijdragen aan innovatie, vakontwikkeling en kennisdeling binnen de afdeling;
  • Rapporteren aan de Manager Projecten.

Je werkt voornamelijk op projectlocaties en bent gemiddeld één dag per week aanwezig op één van onze vestigingen.

Jouw ervaring en skills als Teamleider Montage (Sprinklertechniek)

  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de sprinklertechniek;
  • Ervaring als leidinggevend monteur, voorman, uitvoerder of teamleider;
  • Kennis van sprinklerinstallaties, normen en voorschriften;
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden;
  • Besluitvaardigheid, eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • De drive om mensen én processen continu te verbeteren.

Heb je daarnaast VSI-A, VSI-B of VSI-C gevolgd? Dan is dat een mooie pré.
