Het Procurement-team ondersteunt collega's in heel Aquafin bij de aankoop van materialen, diensten en kleinere werken.

Samen met je collega's van het Service Center vorm je het kloppend hart van het bestel- en facturatieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct verwerkt worden, facturen vlot hun weg vinden en collega's snel geholpen worden met hun vragen. Als eerste aanspreekpunt maak je complexe processen begrijpelijk en bied je heldere ondersteuning van aanvraag tot bestelling tot betaling.

Zo zorgen jullie er samen voor dat mensen hun werk vlot kunnen uitvoeren en projecten op tijd verder kunnen gaan en dragen jullie mee bij aan proper water, een gezonde leefomgeving en een duurzame toekomst voor Vlaanderen.

Als Administratief Medewerker Procurement ben jij een betrouwbare en verbindende spil binnen Aquafin. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak verlopen bestellingen, leveringen en facturen correct en efficiënt.

Je werkt voor de directie Projecten, specifiek voor de diensten grondonderzoek en werftoezicht. Je verwerkt bestelaanvragen, zet ze om in concrete bestellingen en je hebt een korte lijn met de leverancier voor de planning van projecten. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor collega's die vragen hebben over het bestelproces. Je luistert, denkt mee en helpt hen verder met duidelijke antwoorden of praktische oplossingen.

Je kijkt daarbij verder dan je eigen takenpakket. Zie je kansen om processen eenvoudiger, efficiënter of klantvriendelijker te maken? Dan neem je initiatief. Je brengt structuur aan, documenteert werkwijzen helder en helpt collega's om veranderingen vlot te begrijpen en toe te passen.

Met jouw scherpe blik, zin voor samenwerking en oog voor detail zorg je mee voor een duurzame en kwalitatieve dienstverlening binnen Aquafin.

  • Je houdt van structuur en nauwkeurigheid: je haalt voldoening uit correcte administratie en zorgt ervoor dat informatie overzichtelijk, volledig en betrouwbaar is.
  • Je maakt zaken helder: je legt processen duidelijk uit en vertaalt complexe informatie naar begrijpelijke antwoorden. Collega's weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen wanneer ze vragen hebben.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht: je merkt knelpunten tijdig op en zoekt actief naar werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je staat open voor verandering: nieuwe werkwijzen of systemen schrikken je niet af. Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen en helpt anderen om veranderingen succesvol toe te passen.
  • Je verbindt mensen en informatie: je werkt vlot samen met collega's uit verschillende teams en bouwt gemakkelijk contacten op.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools: ervaring met rapporteringstools of ERP-systemen is mooi meegenomen. Kennis van SAP is een plus, graag werken in systemen een must.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid: mensen helpen geeft je energie. Je luistert, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat collega's zich snel en correct geholpen voelen
