Als hét kenniscentrum van ons ondergronds patrimonium, helpt jouw team mee aan de Vlaamse doelstelling om het volledig rioleringsstelsel in kaart te brengen. Een uitdaging met een duidelijke maatschappelijke meerwaarde. Dankzij jullie technische expertise en betrouwbare data krijgen gemeenten beter zicht op de toestand van hun rioleringen. Met onze digitale toepassing Rosi helpen jullie hen om rioolinspecties tijdig in te plannen, verzakkingen te voorkomen en zo onnodige kosten en hinder voor bewoners te vermijden. Zo maken jullie elke dag een verschil, boven én onder de grond.

Jouw rol

Samenwerking staat centraal in je job. Als Technisch Adviseur Rioleringsnet schakel je vlot tussen collega's, gemeenten, inspectiebedrijven, aannemers en rioolbeheerders. Je kan ook ingezet worden via onze dochteronderneming Aquaplus bij één van onze industriële klanten. Je verwerkt technische inspectieverslagen tot hapklare adviezen, onderhoud en risicobepaling. Deze weet je overtuigend over te brengen bij de gemeenten of de klanten uit de industrie. Tegelijk kijk je vooruit. Van artificiële intelligentie, apps en digitalisering tot innovatieve inspectietechnieken: met jouw expertise verzet je mee bakens in een sector die de komende jaren niet stil zal staan. Nu nog in de kinderschoenen, maar één ding is zeker: je staat mee aan de wieg van innovatief rioleringsmanagement. Impact verzekerd!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een bachelor bouwkunde en/of ervaring in wegenbouw, rioleringsstelsels of een vergelijkbaar technisch domein. Ook met gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als werfleider infrastructuurwerken, kom je in aanmerking. Ook schoolverlaters welkom.
  • Je bent digitaal handig, kan camerabeelden analyseren en vlot overweg met data-analyse & -rapportering en Microsoft 365.
  • Commercieel sterk: Je staat onze klanten te woord en kan inspelen op hun behoeften.
  • Je bent mee met of verdiept je graag in de nieuwste mogelijkheden in je domein.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld maar je blijft kritisch.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, denkt mee met je stakeholders en gaat voor de beste oplossing.
  • Je geeft gericht advies, draagt bij aan constructieve discussies voor een beter resultaat. Je kan helder communiceren.
