Atividades:

  • Realizar análise exploratória de dados;
  • Criar modelos matemáticos, estatísticos, analíticos, bottom up e top down;
  • Treinar modelos de IA dos diversos paradigmas com foco no atendimento dos requisitos de negócio;
  • Interagir diretamente com clientes e especialistas de domínio;
  • Realizar a transformação de dados para alimentar estimadores de aprendizagem de máquina;
  • Realizar a concepção e documentação de tabelas em banco de dados;
  • Auxiliar na construção de modelos de ML;
  • Participar no desenvolvimento de ETLs para preparação de dados e pipelines de modelos;
  • Participar de forma engajada em todas as cerimônias do SCRUM como Sprint Planning, a Daily Meeting, a Sprint Review e a Sprint Retrospective;
  • Desenvolver junto aos times comerciais na análise de factibilidade de novos projetos, produtos e soluções;
  • Contribuir com os processos da área, mediante a execução de todos os atos inerentes e demais tarefas correlatas às funções, solicitadas pelo responsável da área.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência no Ciclo de vida de um projeto de Data Science de ponta a ponta;
  • Manuseio de séries temporais;
  • Ferramentas de visualização de dados;
  • Modelos de Machine Learning;
  • Conhecimento em estatística / Inferência Estatística;
  • Análise de dados estruturados e não estruturados.
  • Conhecimento em modelagem de dados como Kimball e Inmon
  • Perfil consultivo com experiência em atendimento ao cliente, facilidade para co-criar soluções de dados e habilidade para defender propostas técnicas perante stakeholders de negócios.

Diferencial:

  • Formação acadêmica em exatas;
  • Mestrado ou doutorado em exatas;
  • Uso de ferramentas como Claude Code, Cursor
  • Processamento distribuído (Pyspark);
  • Conhecimento em vários tipos de banco de dados (SQL, NoSQL);
  • Ferramentas de avaliação de performance de modelos;
  • Experiência e vivência em projetos de alta complexidade;
  • Familiarizado com Scrum.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de desenvolvimento de pipelines como dbt e Dataform.
