Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung und Steuerung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Controllingaufgaben
  • Kapazitätsplanung und Auftragsmanagement mit dem Kunden
  • Analyse und Erstellung von Fachkonzepten
  • Anforderungsaufnahme im Fachbereich Requirements Engineering
  • Unterstützende Rolle in der Sprint Planung zusammen mit dem Product Owner und dem technischen Lead der jeweiligen Teams
  • Gestaltung von Projektstrategien und Roadmaps, ohne dabei die Businessanforderungen und relevanten Stakeholder aus den Augen zu verlieren
  • Erstellung von Projektreports

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Fachrichtung; alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Kollaborations- und Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, MS Project, Git und Confluence
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung, Softwarearchitekturen und modernen Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Frameworks (z. B. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Führung und Motivation von Teams
  • Souveränes Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Innovationsfreude sowie die Fähigkeit, neue Ideen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
