שעות עבודה 08:00-17:00 בלבד

עבודה ביבנה, בעוד כשנה מעבר למושב טימורים (ליד קריית מלאכי), תנאים טובים למתאימה.

אחריות:

מתן שירות לקוחות ברמה גבוהה, מענה לפניות טלפוניות ומייל בנוגע להזמנות, אספקות ומוצרים.

אחריות כוללת על תהליך האספקות, החל מקבלת הזמנה ועד מסירת המוצר ללקוח.

תיאום מועדי אספקה מול לקוחות, טכנאים וספקים חיצוניים.

תיאום רכש מול ספקים, ניהול מלאי והבטחת זמינות מוצרים.

אישור מועדי אספקה מול מחלקות רלוונטיות בחברה (לוגיסטיקה, מחסן).

ניהול ותיעוד נתוני הזמנות ואספקות במערכת ERP וב-Excel.

דרישות:

אסרטיביות: יכולת קידום משימות ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.

שליטה בפריוריטי(חובה): ניהול משימות מרובות ותעדוף יעיל.

שליטה בתוכנות אופיס: וורד, אקסל, אאוטלוק

יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת עבודה בצוות.

יכולת למידה מהירה.
