Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Manager, Warehouse Team is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of products. This role leads warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards while supporting overall branch or distribution center performance.
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000/Yearly

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and timely order fulfillment.
- Lead, schedule, and develop warehouse team members.
- Maintain compliance with safety policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to support product availability.
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment required.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
