Il est également sollicité pour des aides et des soutiens non financiers et son activité est en pleine évolution. Il répond aux difficultés sociales de la population et participe au déploiement de l'action sociale dans le district de la Broye\\-Vully. \\L'ARAS BROYE\\-VULLY souhaite engager pour son Centre social régional à Payerne et Moudon un\\-e\\ Responsable de l'Unité appui social à 80% \\- 90 % ----------------------------------------------------- \\Votre mission:\\ \* Conduire une équipe de 18 assistants\\-es sociaux\\-les et conseillers\\-ères en insertion en charge d'offrir un appui social dans le cadre des normes et directives légales du Revenu d'Insertion (RI) \* Soutenir les collaborateurs\\-trices dans l'accomplissement de leur mission afin d'aider les usagers à retrouver la plus grande autonomie possible et à faciliter leur insertion socioprofessionnelle \* Gérer et participer à différents projets ou groupes de travail en lien avec la fonction \* Participer à la coordination des actions entre tous les secteurs de l'ARAS \* Être garant de la conformité de l'appui social dans notre région \\Nous demandons :\\ \* Diplôme HES en travail social ou formation jugée équivalent (expérience indispensable) \* Expérience dans la conduite d'équipe ou de projet \* CAS en gestion d'équipe ou équivalent \* Bonnes connaissances en assurances sociales (une formation spécifique est un plus) \* Bonnes connaissances en insertion sociale et connaissance du réseau social vaudois \* Sens de l'organisation et de la planification \* Aptitude à communiquer avec clarté et respect \* Capacité à travailler en équipe et de manière indépendante \* Capacité à la gestion du stress \\Lieu de travail\\ : Payerne et Moudon \\Entrée en fonction :\\ à convenir Nous vous remercions de nous adresser votre dossier de candidature complet (lettre de motivation, CV, certificats de travail et diplômes).
