1、拥有视觉传达、品牌设计、设计管理等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉消费电子、智能硬件或科技产品的设计开发流程，理解产品定位、用户场景、品牌表达与商业目标之间的关系； 3、具备设计策略、项目管理或设计统筹相关经验，能够将业务需求转化为清晰的设计目标、方案方向和执行计划； 4、具备跨职能协作、项目节奏管理和风险识别能力，能够与产品、市场、品牌、包装等团队高效沟通并推动问题解决； 5、具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑分析、学习能力和责任心；有设计流程建设、设计系统沉淀或项目复盘经验者优先。
