1、项目全周期管理：主导影石品牌专卖店从设计到施工验收的全流程管理，制定建店计划并推动执行，确保项目按时交付且符合品牌形象标准； 2、设计与施工协调：基于品牌调性，协同设计团队完成店铺空间规划及视觉方案；对接施工方、供应商，严格把控材料质量、施工进度及成本预算； 3、跨部门协作：联动供应链、采购、外部供应商、施工方等等，统筹解决建店过程中的技术、流程问题，确保项目高效落地； 4、标准化与创新：沉淀建店流程经验，优化标准化手册；探索创新建店模式，提升品牌终端形象竞争力； 5、风险管理：预判项目风险并制定应对策略，确保施工安全、合规及环保要求。

1、教育背景：建筑学、室内设计、工程管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。有PMP证书加分； 2、经验要求：有消费电子、运动品牌等连锁门店建设实习经验者优先； 3、协助参与过品牌专卖店或其他线下空间建设的全流程项目，熟悉施工规范及验收标准； 4、具备工业/建筑设计背景和专业知识，精通相关设计软件，具备施工图纸审核能力；能够了解不同材质、工艺、物料等材料的应用。
