1、参与公司用户标签体系与数据模型的规划与建设，结合业务目标梳理标签口径、模型定义及应用边界，支持模型迭代、维护与验收； 2、理解业务核心运营点，参与并推进数据模型在精细化运营、投放推荐、用户增长等场景中的落地应用，参与用户画像、标签策略、指标体系、人群包及看板等产品方案设计，并跟进使用效果优化； 3、深度参与AI在数据产品的应用探索，结合业务数据与AI能力，探索提升数据分析效率和业务洞察效率的方法，如自动化洞察、智能分析辅助等方向，协助完成相关需求整理、方案设计、效果验证与试点落地； 4、主动进行各场景下专项数据分析与洞察，围绕业务问题进行人群拆解、指标波动分析、机会挖掘与问题定位，输出分析结论和优化建议，支持增长、运营、投放等场景决策； 5、协助沉淀标签口径、Agent Prompts、模型使用规范等文档资产，参与数据产品应用流程梳理与标准化建设。

1、2027年应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对 AI、大模型、智能分析等方向有兴趣， 有AI 应用相关实习/项目经历者优先，愿意探索数据产品与 AI结合的应用场景； 3、具备良好的数据分析基础和业务理解能力，熟悉常用用户模型（如 LTV、RFM、流失预警、复购倾向）及其基础原理，有将模型落地到业务场景（如精细化运营、广告投放、推荐）并拿到业务结果（ROI/转化率提升）的实战案例者优先； 4、熟练使用 Excel、SQL，了解至少一种BI工具（如Tableau、Quick BI、FineBI 等），熟悉基础的数据结构和指标设计逻辑； 5、具备较强的逻辑思维、学习能力和沟通协作能力，能快速将模糊的业务问题拆解为清晰的数据模型需求，具备“非被动”的分析思维，能主动从数据波动中识别业务机会或风险，有过“数据驱动业务增长”的成功实战案例优先； 6、具备良好的英文能力者优先，有责任心，具备良好的项目管理与文档沉淀习惯，对数据安全合规有明确的认知和实操经验。
