1、负责 Insta360 移动端 AI 创意模板的产品落地和增长，通过数据驱动提升核心功能渗透率、用户留存； 2、负责构建和优化模板用户激励体系，激发用户活跃度与参与度，提高用户留存率； 3、收集用户反馈，针对产品使用过程中的痛点制定优化方案，持续提升产品易用性与满意度； 4、关注 AI 行业动态与竞品趋势，持续优化产品功能与用户体验，保持产品在市场中的竞争力； 5、建设 AIGC 图生图、图生视频等最新 AI 技术的产品方案落地，保障消费链路体验性，服务于 AI 产品转化率目标； 6、负责 AI 模板的分发和增长，提升 AI 模板的使用渗透和分享率； 7、和运营配合建设快速追热通路，服务于优质模板和站外爆款目标。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、产品设计、心理学等相关专业优先，有 AI 生图或生视频经验或用户增长项目经验的加分； 2、数据分析能力强，能够通过数据洞察用户行为与需求，制定科学合理的产品策略； 3、熟悉移动端产品设计流程，具备优秀的用户体验设计能力，能熟练使用常用原型设计工具，有出色的原型设计与交互方案输出能力； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能够有效推动跨部门合作，在复杂项目中高效解决问题； 5、对影像、摄影领域有浓厚兴趣，熟悉 Insta360 产品或同类影像产品者优先； 6、有强烈的责任心与创新意识，能承受工作压力，适应快速变化的工作环境。
