1、参与智能拍摄、构图飞行、跟随构图、自动剪辑、大模型/多模态模型等算法产品方向的需求定义、效果评估和工程化落地； 2、基于用户场景定义算法目标、测试集结构、评价维度、准出标准和验收方法，推动算法效果多轮迭代收敛； 3、与算法、测开、剪辑师、软件、飞行、硬件团队协作，完成算法预研、Benchmark 搭建、Goodcase/Badcase 分析、上线走查和效果复盘； 4、将复杂算法能力转化为可被用户理解和使用的拍摄、构图、剪辑、飞行体验，提升产品智能化竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、数字媒体、摄影、设计、自动化、机器人、影视制作等背景优先； 2、对大模型、多模态、计算机视觉、智能剪辑、构图美学、自动飞行等方向有持续关注，能理解常见算法技术路径和效果边界； 3、具备一定审美能力，必须会拍照/拍视频/剪视频/构图，能从影像表达角度判断算法效果好坏； 4、有算法产品、AI 产品、智能影像、AIGC、CV、多模态、数据标注、模型评测、测试集建设等实习或项目经验优先； 5、能输出清晰的算法需求文档、验收报告、效果对比和迭代建议；能用 Goodcase/Badcase、Benchmark、主客观指标说明问题； 6、加分项：自己 DIY 过软件、AI 工具、剪辑/摄影工作流、模型 Demo、自动化脚本、Prompt 工作流；有作品集、影像账号或技术博客优先。
