职位描述 1、对3A(AE AWB AF)算法进行优化，如场景分类、识别等； 2、提升公司产品的图像质量； 3、预研图像技术方案、行业前沿标准； 4、负责CIS的选型与规格定义，参与公司各产品线CIS选型评估工作，结合产品定位与影像需求，提出选型决策建议； 5、技术预研与竞品分析：负责CIS前沿技术预研以及与竞品的深度对标分析，撰写高质量的性能评估与竞品分析报告，积累技术洞察，为产品CIS中长期技术规划提供支撑； 6、负责CIS性能分析软件与算法的开发及优化，涵盖图像数据处理、噪声建模、动态范围、MTF/SFR、色彩还原等核心指标，并进行全链路客观评估，构建行业领先的CIS性能评估能力； 7、与全球顶级CIS供应商进行对接，深度参与技术交流与合作项目，跟踪主流厂商的技术路线、工艺演进以及新型传感器技术趋势，撰写行业技术趋势分析报告，为公司影像技术战略布局提供前瞻性参考； 8、主导CIS相关应用问题的根因分析与闭环解决，协助软硬件团队完成CIS调优，参与产品开发全生命周期中CIS相关技术难题的攻关，确保产品影像交付质量。

1、全日制硕士及以上学历； 2、认真负责，积极主动，具备良好的学习、分析和总结能力，良好的合作精神； 3、了解相机成像原理，熟悉图像处理的基本知识，对图像处理有浓厚的兴趣； 4、掌握C\C++，具有良好的代码编程习惯和良好的沟通表达能力； 5、熟悉机器学习、图像处理者优先； 6、了解摄影、光学、ISP、颜色理论基础者优先。

加分项 1、有CIS相关实习经历、实验室科研项目或竞赛经验； 2、了解ISP Pipeline、3A算法或计算摄影基本原理； 3、熟悉光学设计或半导体工艺基础知识。
