【岗位定位】 作为部门的核心储备力量，你将轮岗参与线下活动策划与执行、异业合作拓展、社群运营、用户成长体系运营等核心业务模块，在实战中理解如何通过用户运营驱动用户黏性与商业增长。同时理解全球不同区域用户的社交习惯、文化偏好与消费决策差异，探索全球统一品牌调性和运作机制下的本地化运营命题

【岗位职责】 1、线下用户活动策划与执行：参与策划并落地各类用户活动，根据不同区域特点搭建活动标准化SOP； 2、异业合作与线下转化运营：参与异业合作方的拓展沟通与合作签约，针对不同合作场景，优化用户体验流程，提升各触点转化效率； 3、全球社群与私域运营：参与国内及海外社群阵地（包括官方社群阵地，微信社群，Discord，WhatsApp，Facebook Group，Line等）社区搭建及日常运营，适配不同社群的用户习惯与沟通风格设计迭代运营策略机制，维护社群活跃氛围； 4、策略思考与机制迭代：结合一线运营实战的观察与数据反馈，输出对社群活跃、活动效果、合作转化等模块的优化建议；关注全球创新消费品牌的用户运营最佳实践，结合AI引入新思路、新工具，将外部洞察与内部经验结合，沉淀可复用的运营方法论。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题拆解和结构化思考能力，有较强的销转sense及用户行为分析能力，business sense好； 3、有较强的用户共情力，活动策划能力与服务意识，能从不同文化背景的用户视角思考问题，热爱与人打交道，有社群运营、活动运营、零售运营或BD销售拓展等相关实践经验优先； 4、具备全球化视野与跨文化敏感度，能理解不同市场用户在社交习惯、消费决策和品牌认知上的差异，对不同文化背景下的沟通方式有基本的判断力和适应力； 5、沟通主动、行动力强，能在异业拓展、用户访谈、活动执行、社群互动等场景中主动打开局面，对影像、科技、户外运动等生活方式领域有浓厚兴趣。
